Sunny D was fun when I was a child. It was a delicious beverage that we used to look forward to having after a long day playing in the yard. It was either that or Squeeze-Its, Ecto Cooler, or some version of Hawaiian Punch.
Last week, I hoped to rekindle my love for Sunny Delight by reaching out to them via Facebook and Twitter. However, my glorious moments of nostalgia was stopped short when the company failed to respond to me on either platform.
In the screenshot below, you'll see what I threw in their direction and then notice the emptiness in the @reply section.
I bet the social media team representing the purple stuff would have responded to me. I guess that partially explains why no one drinks Sunny D anymore.
