The Problem with Sprinting

Sprinting requires a great deal of energy. It’s energy you usually exert in one quick burst.

In other words, you can only sprint for a short period of time. If you find that’s not the case for you, then you’re probably not sprinting.

While it’s alright to sprint when you’re in danger, setting that speed as your default pace, is not sustainable.

It also leads to sloppiness – in that you’re more prone to slip, trip, or not adhere to proper form.

So slow down. The world will wait for you. Trust me.
