I’m inspired by the Baby Boomers that continue to work tirelessly simply because they love it. Just when you expect them to retire after being told they were working toward a life of relaxation, many from that generation are proving us all wrong.
Their work ethic is setting a precedence for the future of career building. Workplaces shouldn’t accept entitlement from a younger generation when there are plenty other candidates, with more experience, looking for opportunities.
For those that may still have more left in them, it’s never too late to carry out your ambitions. To do something different. Do something that will benefit the world.
It’s never too late to ensure your gas tank is empty before you call it quits. Don’t leave what remains inside you private. The world needs to see/hear it.
