Let’s focus on returning to meritocracy.
It starts at the workplace. It works it’s way up to the ladder.
If we continue letting authority fall from the top down, we will fall even further off the tracks.
Let’s reward those that deserve recognition and refrain from giving attention to those that are set out to seek it.
