What are your biggest plans in 2017?
In October, I joined a company called National Insurance and HR Consulting Group. I currently serve as COO while we plan out our goals for what will be an amazing 2017.
NICG offers outsourced HR solutions that cover everything from hire to retire. We serve as consultants to businesses looking to save time and money doing the things they shouldn’t have to worry about. We offer managed payroll services for less, and a group benefits team that find the best insurance plan for the best prices.
While I focus on streamlining processes and scaling for growth, I’m also building out an HR platform for onboarding, Open Enrollment, and other HR processes. That platform, called Benny, will be available in beta in February.
Now is the time to assess your payroll fees and question your insurance broker. If there is any room for improvement at all, you can call upon us, and at no cost to you, we will find you all the right solutions. It’s as simple as that.
My plans for next year are to help as many businesses as I can. I hope to talk to a ton of founders, HR Managers, Presidents, CEO’s – you name it… Once I present our unprecedented value proposition, my goal is to wow them and their employees with incredible service.
