When I’m looking for new talent, one of my favorite questions during the interview process is:
If Hollywood made a movie about you and your entire life, who would play you and why?
Once I receive an interesting answer, I’ll press a bit more….
“What would the movie be about? What is the conflict and the happy ending?”
In a way, this is essentially just a clever way to ask the usual questions you’re used to hearing at interviews.
I just like to have a little more fun with it and keep the candidate on his/her toes.
