I’ve always been a fan of Derek Sivers. And I’ve always loved his TED Talk on “Creating a Movement.”
What he says is so true.
A community starts with one, but it doesn’t become anything until it’s plural. It’s the first follower that transforms a crazy idea into a validated model.
